1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using Knoppie, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.

2 Description of Services

Knoppie is an NFC Tag product that is created and 3D printed by Yberry. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Knoppie at any time without prior notice.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of Knoppie, you may be required to register for an account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Termination: Yberry reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Knoppie account at our sole discretion if we suspect you have violated these Terms.

4 Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, text, logos, and software associated with Knoppie and the Site are the exclusive property of Yberry or our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the Yberry company name and the Knoppie product name, which are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written consent from Yberry.

6 Purchases and Payments

If Knoppie offers goods, digital assets, or subscription services for sale:

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through Knoppie.
• Refunds: There is a 14 Day money-back guarantee if any fault has been found or damage occurred to the product container seal during the shipping process. If more than 100 taps have been made within 30 days, then refunds are no longer applicable and serve as proof that the product is working as intended.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Knoppie is provided by Yberry on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Yberry makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of Knoppie, the accuracy of the information, or the reliability of the features provided. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yberry, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Knoppie.

Knoppie may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Yberry. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access them at your own risk.

Yberry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Knoppie after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in South Africa.
